Step 1: Fill Out Your Intake Form

Click “Start Coaching” to complete a short form about your:

  • Fitness goals (weight loss, muscle building, etc.)

  • Workout experience

  • Dietary needs or preferences

  • Lifestyle and schedule

Step 2: I Build Your Custom Plan

Once I receive your form, I’ll personally review your answers and create a fully customized 4-week plan that includes:

  • A weekly workout split tailored to your level, goals, and available equipment

  • A complete meal guide with estimated calories and protein per meal

  • Your daily calorie and protein targets based on your goals

  • Nutrition & training tips to stay on track

Depending on your coaching tier:

  • Self-Starter Plan: You're independent, but I’m just an email away if you need guidance.
